Current Japanese teacher： 20 bilingual Japanse teacher and 2 native japanese（The whole school team and department can communicate in Japanese）

Japanese Foreign Teacher:
Pre tax monthly salary: between 20K-30K
Weekly class hours: 20 lessons
Accommodation: 4k housing allowance and the water, electricity, and internet fees will be paid by the foreign teacher themselves.
Probationary period during winter and summer vacations: Full salary payment, no discount on salary
Airline tickets: reimbursed based on actual expenses
Welfare: free meals and free parking on weekdays, gifts or allowances on Teachers' Day, Mid-Autumn Festival and Loong Boat Festival, 13 salaries, employee travel once a year, and medical examination card once every two years.
