Job Description-Literature Teacher
1. Position: Literature Teacher
2. Starting date: September 1, 2022
3. Contract Period: September 1, 2022-July 31, 2023 (Probation period: One month)
4. Location: Haidian, Beijing, China

5. Job Description:
 Teaching hours: No more than 20 periods per week (40 minutes/ period)
(Teaching hours might be adjusted based on the school evaluation after probation)
 Office hour: At least 2 office hours per week
 Club :1 period per week
 Writing recommendation letter for students when necessary
 Be on campus at least 30 hours per week (including teaching hours)

6. Salary and Benefits:
 Monthly salary（before tax）,including:
 Post salary：25000 RMB-30,000 RMB /month before tax, based on experience
(Post salary might be adjusted based on the school evaluation after probation.)
 Housing Allowance (tax free): 7,000RMB/month（12 months/Year）
 Transportation Allowance: flight reimbursement (maximum 10,000 RMB)
 Social security account will be provided (Including medical insurance)
 School year bonus
 Reward for publishing articles or books related to subject teaching
 Reward for renewing the contract
 Chinese legal holidays and fully-paid winter vacation
 Breakfast and lunch for free (school days)
 Free on-campus gym and free coffee for teachers

7. Job Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree or above in English literature-related major
 At least two years English teaching experience or 120-hour TEFL/TESOL/CELTA
certificates holders
 Native English speaker only
 Under 50 years old
