Job Description

To teach the curriculum established by the school, integrating the curriculum with the school's Educational Objectives;
To take the responsibility of designing lesson plans that demonstrate a clear connection between instruction and the curriculum established by the school, selecting and using school-approved teaching strategies and classroom resources, implementing teaching research;
To provide a stimulating and effective learning environment for the students in supporting their learning, encouraging students' creative thinking and promote critical inquiry;
To maintain close partnership with parents, colleagues and the community;
To provide both written reports (termly) and informal communications (where required) to parents on the growth, progress, and attainment of the students;
To Create a safe, orderly and supportive classroom atmosphere that is conducive to effective teaching and learning;
Other duties as reasonably required by the Principal of International Division;

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above (in Education or other subject related fields);
TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
Clear criminal background check;
A minimum 3 years of subject related A-Level/IB teaching experience;
Ability to work as a part of a team in planning and implementing the school’s curriculum, strategic plans and policies;
QTS/PGCE/US Teaching license or other equivalent teaching certificates are highly preferred;

Salary and Benefits

Salary around 28,000RMB - 33,000RMB before tax negotiable based on experience and qualifications;
Monthly comprehensive allowance 8,000 RMB in addition provided (pre-tax, no fapiao needed);
