Job Description:
 Be focused primarily on teaching exercise and healthy habits, leading individual and team sports.
 Analyzes, demonstrates and explain basic skills, knowledge and strategies of formal sports, games, rhythms and fundamentals of body movement.
 To plan, develop and implement curriculum
 Establish precise adjectives for every lesson, unit and project.
 Learn and use correct sports, health and fitness terminology for all class activities.
 Demonstrate methods that support the physical, social, cognitive and emotional development of children.
 Understand individual group behaviors and motivations as to create a safe learning environment.
 Create learning environments that encourage positive social interaction and self-motivation.
 Communicate with parents through conferences and other means discussing academic and personal progress; interpret school programs.
 Communicate and cooperate with other professional staff in academic and personal growth areas.
 The classes are not graded strictly on their athletic ability, competitiveness or performance, rather it implies that all students should participate in activities, do their best and learn the curriculum. They are tested on skills development as well as subject knowledge and cooperation.
Job Requirement:
 Master's degree or above in physical education or related subject;
 Experience in teaching junior high or senior high school students is a MUST;
 Be able to take the role as the soccer coach for senior high school students;
 Be joyful, kind, clean, hygiene and health oriented.
 Flexible, creative and open-minded personality.
 Be willingness to learn and practice IB-PHE methodology.
 Experience in IB is preferred.
 Five or more years teaching experience at this position is highly preferred.
