Main Responsibilities:
Teach AP/A-Level Psychology, designing and implementing lesson plans that align
with the AP/A-Level curriculum.
Provide personalized instruction to help students master psychological concepts and
improve academic performance.
Create and grade assignments, tests, and exams, regularly providing feedback to
students and tracking their progress.
Participate in school academic activities and meetings, regularly communicating with
parents about students' learning developments.
Guide students in extracurricular activities and academic competitions to enhance their
overall development.
Foster students’ critical thinking, analytical skills, and research abilities, encouraging a
deeper interest in psychology.
Contribute to the school's academic research initiatives to improve teaching quality.

Salary:Pretax 22k-30k

Requirements & Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Psychology or a related field; a master's degree is
preferred.
Previous experience teaching AP/A-Level Psychology, with a strong understanding of
the AP/A-Level exam content and assessment criteria.
Solid subject knowledge and the ability to apply varied teaching methods to help
students improve their learning outcomes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive
relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
3 – year teaching experience in international schools is an advantage.
Proficiency in English, with the ability to teach and communicate fluently in English.
Passion for education, strong sense of responsibility, team-oriented, and able to handle
work pressure.
