Responsibilities include
Teaching:G10, 11, 12 Psychology+Middle School ESL
Writing and implementing IB DP Psychology in English
Providing ESL support
Provide high interest content, dynamic learning processes/experiences and differentiation for students
Incorporate IB Learner profile and ATL skills
Providing meaningful assessment, evaluation and feedback
Communicate with students and parents regarding progress
Continuously seek professional development: reading, researching,attending PD events
Make learning fun
Develop positive relationships with students
Support and attend school events
Maintain collegial relationships
Promote international mindedness
Supervise 1 ASA on a weekly basis
Contract length:2 years
Compensations:200000-360000Yuan/Year as salary;3000Yuan for relocation;6500Yuan for settlement;12000Yuan for flight ticket reimbursement per year;Full payment during summer & winter holidays;Insurance provided;Three free meals per day;2500 for housing allowance per month.
