Main Responsibilities:

• Respecting school rules, prompt and regular attendance, completing tasks in a time manner, and producing quality work；
• Provides and uses appropriate teaching strategies;
• Deliver highly effective daily lessons based on student need, rooted in research-based instructional practices.
• Instructs students through lectures, discussions, visual aids, and other effective teaching methods for student comprehension;
• Utilize research-based best practices in daily planning and classroom instruction.
• Participate in collaborative curriculum development, grade-level activities, and school-wide functions.

Requirements & Qualification：

1. Education Required：

• chelor’s degree in Education or related field required, advanced degree in education a plus；
• Eligible Candidate：
• lid Professional Teaching Certificate in Middle Grades: Science (6-12);

2. Experience & Skills：

• A minimum two years of proven experience in classroom education, preferred in international school;
• Proven organizational skills, effective oral and written communication and strong people skills;
• The ability to create a classroom environment where students are academically engaged and challenged and feel safe and supported;
• Passion and commitment to education and closing the achievement gap;
• An entrepreneurial mindset, with experience in a growing environment preferred.
