Job Description
Main duty:
1. Fully be responsible for the management of the restaurant and ensure the normal progress of the restaurant's business;
2. Fully participate in various tasks during restaurant operation, effectively handle customer complaints and various emergencies, and ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant;
3. Improve the satisfaction of customers, employees and the company in all aspects
4. Implement business appraisal and talent recommendation for subordinate employees to reasonably arrange personnel transfer, appointment and dismissal.
5. Inspections during peak hours of business to check service quality and output quality, and take timely measures to resolve them.
6. Ensure the personal and property safety of subordinate employees. Care about employees' thoughts and lives, and strengthen their business skills training.
Qualifications:
1. Have at least 1 year of operating experience in high-end restaurants at home and abroad, as well as management and operation experience;
2. Have the ability to conduct daily training, management and team building for employees, and be good at uniting, motivating and mobilizing the enthusiasm of the entire team;
3. Welcome foreign, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan high-end catering company management to join!
