Position: IG&A-Level English Teacher

Working time: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday 07:45-16:35 (Exact time schedule may differ by position). ECA(once a week) until 17:20, evening duty rotation(once a week 19:10-21:10)

Key Responsibilities:
Planning, Teaching, and Class Management
-Plan and teach up to 24 lessons per week, focusing primarily on IG/A-Level English and Literature.
-Submit teaching plans, PowerPoint presentations, class observation records, and other necessary
documents.
-Maintain student behavior and discipline in class, reporting to the subject head or parents if necessary.
-Continuously support and improve teaching standards.

Requirements:
Familiarity with Cambridge International Exam
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of teaching experience in A-Level

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary range: 18,000 - 28,000 CNY per month (before tax)
Housing allowance: 3,000 CNY per month

Annual flight allowance: 12,000 CNY
Monthly meal allowance: 1,400 CNY
Yearly bonus: 0.5 month salary
