Job Description
1.Create lesson plans and modify throughout the year utilizing various curriculum resources;
2.Observe and evaluate student’s performance through varied assessments;
3.Design authentic assessments and measure their effectiveness in meeting curricular goals;
4.Create a positive educational climate and manage student behavior in the classroom;
5.Communicate clearly with students and parents;
6.Participate in various meetings and school events;
7.Assist with additional duties as assigned;

Requirements
 Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field such as Performing Arts, Fine Arts, Music, Dance, Drama, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
 Knowledge of stagecraft, technical production, and event management is a plus.
 Valid teaching license and credential in performing arts education.
 Proven experience as a performing arts educator, preferably at the high school
level
 Two years teaching experience in relevant performing arts education.

Salary and Benefits
1.Salary range 23,000 to 30,000 RMB per month based on experience and qualifications;
