Location: Fengtai District
Contract Period: 2 years
Student Age: 15–18years old ( High School)
Teaching Load: 25 periods per week, 40–45 mins per period
Extra Duties: 1–2 ECA activities per week; take charge of morning and evening reading sessions
Requirements
Native English speaker.
Solid experience in TOEFL teaching is required.
Candidates with Spanish teaching experience are highly preferred.
Able to follow curriculum framework, complete lesson planning, student assessment and routine teaching management earnestly.
Job Description
Plan, prepare and deliver daily English lessons.
Assign, correct and mark students’ learning assignments.
Assess, record and report students’ academic progress, learning outcomes and classroom performance.
Promote students’ overall growth and provide guidance on study, further education and career planning.
Collaborate with school teachers and parents for students’ best development.
Evaluate and optimize personal teaching methods in line with school curriculum guidelines.
Participate in internal training and school professional development activities.
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure students’ health and safety at all times.
