Job requirement：
1.English native speaker
2.Has a bachelor degree or above
3.Major in Literature, Linguistics，English or related majors
4.Has 2 years of teaching experience with Chinese students in AP program
5.Being self-motivated, responsible and has passion in education
6.Easy to cooperate with, follow the school’s rules

Job responsibility：
1.To teach British and American Literature or Western Literature and develop the debating skill；
2.Design and grade homework, placement test, progress assessment, midterm and final exams
3.Teach ESL and literature courses, maintain interactive class environment
4.Finish all the academic requirements from the academic director, maintain high teaching quality
5.Communicate with homeroom teachers
6.Attend all required meetings, including parents meeting, weekly academic meeting etc.
