This position is advertised for the International Division of Beijing High School. All positions will be subject to funding availability and administration’s approval.
Work hours: full-time teacher, 40 hours in week days
Subjects: History, Literature, chemistry, math, physics.

Description
The duties include: course teaching; class preparation; collaborate with other teachers; transcript of grades into the school system, exam supervision; report the class’ performance to the homeroom teacher and the school’s administration; attendance at parents’ conferences.
The selected candidate must adhere to all policies and rules in and out of classroom issued by school, local bureau of education, and local government.
The candidate must demonstrate good understanding of Chinese society and culture.

Required qualifications and skills
Native speaker of English
Bachelor of Education (BEd) and teaching certificate.


Skills and abilities
Basic knowledge of word processing software
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Respectful and collegial attitudes towards students, parents and all school personnel

40,000-42,000 US Dollars per annul, depending on experience and qualifications;
