Responsibilities:
We are looking to hire a highly experienced person in leasing of commercial office space. Your job will be solely focused on leasing out our new office space open on Jiashan Road. You will need to use your contacts within the industry and your knowledge in this field to sell our space out to one tenant. This is project work paying a base salary and very high commissions. If successful in the trial period a full time job will be offered/

Qualifications:
At least 2-3 years experience in commercial leasing is required.
Highly motivated and driven person
Chinese Native
Mandarin (mother tongue)
English (conversational)

Work Hours:
Monday - Friday (9am - 5:30pm)
