Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
 Prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences
 Observe and evaluate student performance and development
 Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary system of the school
 Participate in extracurricular activities such as social activities, sporting activities, and extra English activities
 Participate in department and parent meetings
 Cooperate with fellow teachers, assistants, and other professionals
 Willing to participate in after-school classes (held within school hours, 2~4 times a week with additional pay)

Description of position:
The native English teachers are given a set of books for the class to teach speaking, listening, reading and writing skills. They teach several different grades with conversation typically to lower levels and immersion to higher levels. Teachers correct student essays and help each other to make various presentations such as speech presentation, song & storytelling presentation and so on. Teachers will have a small class less than 16 students who have the similar English skills.
