Intel Validation Engineering Group is seeking for a student to provide high quality, reliable administrative support.
Will need to perform various administrative and project-related activities in support of individuals and groups.
Requirements:
Hiring coordination: Schedule interviews for candidates and work closely with hiring managers and recruiters on overall hiring requirements.
Typical duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Manager calendar schedule: Schedule and coordinate logistics for meetings
Collaborate with other admins for complex meetings, international travel and visits
Plan and execute wellbeing events and activities
Track headcount and spending
Serve as an information resource/communication channel for policies and procedures
Assignments are complex and diversified in nature and may require working within a globally dispersed team.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience:
- Student (BA or MA), able to work at least 4 working days/week (flexibility during exam periods), with at least 3 semesters remaining until graduation
- Decision making skills are required in resolving moderately complex problems. The candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate ability to function in an interrupt-driven environment.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced mode of work. The candidate should have the ability to maintain confidentiality, stay calm in hectic situations, adjust to evolving business needs at short notice, and communicate accurately and diplomatically, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience with Outlook, SharePoint and Microsoft Office suite mandatory.
- English - verbal and written - fluent - must.
- Administrative work experience is an advantage.

We validate, debug, and tune the newest designs and world-changing technologies that enrich the lives of every person on earth. We play a critical role in completing the PRQs of Intel products and in Intel's ability to deliver the annual technology platforms in our roadmap.
Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
