• The position requires the candidate to own the overall hiring, onboarding and integration process and positive candidate hiring experience by partnering with Factory Department managers, Technical program owners, and Module group leaders.
• Task will include to create internal/external job requisitions that meet Intel standards, partner with Corporate Staffing on fulfilling hiring requirements for both internal /external candidates.
• Owns resolving escalations during the hiring process. Primary point of contact for the candidates from offer accept to New Employee Orientation, Onboarding and Integration and if required to manage college program engagement with universities.
• Provide presentations and updates to various levels of the organization. Manages projects of moderate scope and high complexity or of broad scope and moderate complexity that are focused on development, implementation or upgrade of internal customers' technology, products or processes.
• Plans/manages projects directly related to corporate policies or general business operations to meet specific objectives or general goals. Has decision making authority at the project level.
• Leads the project team and is key interface to the project or contributors. Identifies and refines project objectives. Works on or delegates, as appropriate, problems/tasks in delivery of specific objectives or general goals.
• Develops solutions to problems by exercising judgment and discretion. Identifies tasks and research, determines dependencies, assesses costs, and identifies and assigns specific resources, and communicates expectations to team members.
• Creates/tracks/adjusts the project or program schedule. Assesses risks and identifies issues and solutions to timely and efficiently achieve program goals or project objectives while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitors progress against schedule and determines and takes remedial action as appropriate. Coordinates and prioritizes utilization of resources with other functions.
• Plans and schedules work ensure the completion of intermediate milestones and overall project or program in timely manner. Influence or set business unit or cross organizational strategy.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience working in the semiconductor industry, including technical hiring in a start-up environment- inclusive of manufacturing technicians to PhD engineering candidates.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience influencing across multiple business groups. Advanced knowledge of Workday and staffing systems, req management tool, SharePoint.
• Education qualification : Relevant degree or higher in business administration, project management or related field
