岗位职责｜Key Responsibilities

1. 依据美国课程标准，开展富有吸引力的探究式课堂教学
Deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons aligned with U.S. curriculum standards.
2. 设计测评、项目与情景模拟活动，深化学生知识理解
Design assessments, projects, and simulations to deepen students’ understanding.
3. 指导学生参与各类学科竞赛
Mentor students in academic competitions.
4. 与同事协作开发跨学科课程项目
Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary programs.
5. 参与家长会及学校各项活动
Participate in parent-teacher conferences and school events.

 

任职要求｜Requirements

基本条件｜Essential Qualifications

- 历史、教育或相关专业本科及以上学历
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in History, Education, or a related field.
- 持有合法有效的教师资格证书（如美国州教师资格证、PGCE、QTS等）
Valid teaching license/certification (e.g., state credential, PGCE, QTS).
- 英语为母语（签证要求：英语母语国家护照）
Native English proficiency (passport from an English-speaking country required for visa compliance).
- 热爱跨文化教育，秉持以学生为中心的教学理念
Passion for cross-cultural education and student-centered pedagogy.

优先条件｜Preferred Skills

- 具备美国中学课程或项目式学习（PBL）教学经验
Experience with American middle school curriculum or project-based learning (PBL).
- 熟悉教育科技工具（如Google Classroom、Nearpod等）
Familiarity with EdTech tools (Google Classroom, Nearpod, etc.).
- 愿意带领学生课外活动（如社团）
Willingness to lead extracurricular activities (e.g., Club).

 

薪资福利｜Compensation & Benefits

- 薪资：月薪21000-28000元（根据经验面议）
Salary: Competitive monthly package (21,000–28,000 RMB, commensurate with experience).
