Job description:

> Sales controlling, including new business evaluation and supporting, sales tracking, margin analysis, sales provision, ICO pricing.

> R&D controlling, including R&D cost and project plan and control, R&D license and allocation calculation etc.

> 研发成本控制，包括研发费用和研发项目的计划和控制，研发特许权使用费和研发费用分摊计算等。

> Investment controlling, including the responsibilities of CAPEX-related topics (projects) like the preparation of capital requests (eCR), spending planning and control.

> 投资控制，包括负责资本投资相关的例如制作大项目的投资申请（eCR），以及投资花费的预算和控制。

> Analyze sample sales, customer tooling.

> 负责样件销售分析，和客户模具核算。

> Support effective management of working capital.

> 支持有效的运营资金管理。

> Month end closing and reporting, budget and FC reporting.

> 月度结账和报告，预算和预测报告。

> Communication and explanation of financial figure to BU, and set or join regular meeting with BU for specific Controlling (related) topics, KPI review, management meeting etc.

> 向BU沟通和解释财务数据，定期邀请或参加BU控制（相关）话题的会议，KPI指标的评审，管理会理等。

> Other tasks assigned by superior.

Job requirements:

> University degree or above with accounting background.

> 拥有大学或以上文凭，会计相关专业。

> More than 5 years working experience in Accounting or Controlling area in an international manufacturing company.

> 五年以上在国际制造企业会计或成本控制领域的工作经验。

> Number sensitive, analytical thinking and hands-on working style.

> 对数据敏感，拥有分析思维能力和务实的工作作风。

> Good IT skill for using SAP and Office software.

> 良好的SAP和Office软件使用IT技能，。

> Good team spirit but also willing to work independently and good communication skills.

> 良好的团队合作精神并能独立完成工作以及良好的沟通能力。

> Good English in oral, reading and writing.
