Eaton’s Commercial and Residential Distribution Solutions (CRDS) Division is currently seeking a Home Depot National Account Manager/Director of Field Sales. This is a US-based remote position. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Atlanta, GA in order to be considered. Relocation assistance is not provided. Position Overview: The Home Depot National Account Manager/Director of Field Sales will manage a remote team of 8 direct and indirect reports. The Home Depot Account Manager role will have two direct reports including a Home Depot Account Manager and a Customer Service Lead. The Direct of Field Sales role has one Territory Manager Lead reporting to them who manages a team of 5 Territory Managers. You will have ongoing collaboration with supply chain to align sales/event forecast with production planning. You will review key customer scorecards / metrics and facilitate improvement plans. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic account management roles of increasing responsibility that must include proven track record of successful cross-functional engagement both internally and externally Minimum of 3 years of sales and proven contract negotiation experience Minimum of 3 years of experience working with consumer products dealing with "big box" and hardware accounts Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Qualifications: Master's in Business Administration degree from an accredited institution Minimum of 3 years’ experience calling on Home Depot in an Account Manager position Position Criteria: Proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite, strong analytical skills and high learning agility Experience in sales / marketing roles of increasing responsibility that must include proven track record of successful cross-functional engagement both internally (category management, pricing, product management, operational teams) and externally (merchandising, replenishment, store service, etc.) What you’ll get from us: We provide benefits that are industry competitive and focused on employee well-being.
