Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Homeroom Teacher to join our vibrant international kindergarten team in Luohu District, Shenzhen. Core Working Arrangements
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (weekends off) | Prioritizing work-life balance
Weekly Working Hours: 37.5 hours (fixed, no mandatory overtime)
Daily Working Hours: 08:00 – 12:00, 14:00 – 17:30 (generous midday break for rest & preparation)
Class Details: 2-3 formal lessons per day, 20-30 minutes per lesson; 10-15 students per class (K1/K2)
Teaching Support: Comprehensive pre-provided curriculum framework & teaching materials; dedicated team for lesson plan guidance
Core Responsibilities
Serve as the lead homeroom teacher for K1/K2 classes, designing and implementing age-appropriate, engaging lessons that integrate language, art, music, drama, and play-based learning.
Cultivate a safe, loving, and child-centered classroom environment that fosters children’s social-emotional development, creativity, and love for learning.
Collaborate closely with assistant teachers, admin staff, and early childhood education experts to refine lesson plans, track student progress, and ensure consistent teaching quality.
Communicate transparently and warmly with parents through regular parent-teacher meetings, progress reports, and one-on-one consultations, building trust and partnership in children’s growth.
Participate in school training, curriculum development, and themed events (e.g., cultural festivals, parent-child activities) to continuously improve professional skills.
Uphold the school’s core values of mutual respect, empathy, and inclusivity, modeling positive attitudes and behaviors for both students and colleagues.

What We’re Looking For
Native or near-native English speakers with clear, pleasant pronunciation and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant fields: Drama, Music, Early Childhood Education, English, or related disciplines.
Valid teaching qualifications: Hold a recognized early childhood teacher certification, TEFL (120+ hours), TESOL, or CELTA; OR 2+ years of full-time kindergarten teaching experience (official work certificate from previous employer required).
True passion for early childhood education—patient, empathetic, and eager to share knowledge, culture, and positive values with young learners.
Strong teamwork spirit, adaptability, and a positive attitude; able to collaborate harmoniously with a diverse international and local team.
1+ year of K1/K2 teaching experience is highly preferred.
