-Native English Speaker;
-Bachelor degree or above, relevant educational qualification certificate is preferred;
-At least two years' teaching experience;
-Know some theories of constructivism, sociocultural theory, funds of knowledge, culturally, responsive pedagogy;
-Enjoy staying with kids;
-Energetic,patient,responsible;
