Position: Homeroom Teacher (Full-Time)
School: K 12 IB international school in Wuxi
Grade Level: Early Years (Pre-K to Kindergarten)

Key Responsibilities:
Classroom Management & Instruction:
- Create a stimulating and child-centered learning environment.
- Implement the school’s curriculum (aligned with IB PYP or international frameworks) using inquiry-based methods.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
- Teaching certification (e.g., TEFL/TESOL, PGCE, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Homeroom Teacher in an international or bilingual setting.
- Proficiency in English (native level )
- IB PYP experience or willingness to learn IB pedagogy.
- Passion for early childhood education and a child-centered approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team.
