Annual Leave:From the joining date, complete 9 months of working then can be given 30 days of AL. (From second year, each year can be arranged 30 days of AL)
Medical Leave:Half salary will be deducted for MC day.

Regarding Company: Nanjing Zhongyuan Group (Zhongyuan Group) is a comprehensive enterprise based in Nanjing, China. Regarding Contract and Work Permit: The contract will be signed as a formal labor contract with Nanjing Zhongyuan Group, providing social insurance and housing fund. For foreign employees, a work visa will be arranged under the company's name. Both onboarding and offboarding procedures will follow the company's standardized processes.

Regarding Training:The will be certain period of training after joining, and it will cover the handover process, including organizing and transferring class materials and student progress.
A focus will also be placed on effective communication with students and parents to ensure smooth transitions.

Key Responsibilities
Teach English and other basic subjects to two young children.
Create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans.
Monitor and assess the children’s progress.
Foster a positive and stimulating learning environment.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Native English speaker.
Minimum 1 year of teaching or relevant educational experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for teaching and working with children.
