• Daily compiling of customs clearance data and sales data for regulatory compliance
• Uploading of documents to authorities’ IT system
Certification support
• Prepare application for self-certifications and update to IT systems of authorities
• Prepare application for Fuel Economy and update to IT systems of authorities
Team administration
• Deal with company’s controlling process such as purchase requisition, vendor creations, etc.
• Update certification data into IT system
Translation of documents
• Translate technical documents between Korean and English.
• Translate government documents and regulations between Korean and English
EA administration and documentation supports
• Deal with sponsorships for industry associations, embassies, public organizations, etc. with relevant external/internal counterparts
• Translate official position papers and regulatory documents of MBK, industry associations, government agencies between Korean and English
• Maintain contracts/official letters and ensure compliance with internal policies
• Support EA director with team administration
