Job Description:

• Create & implement methodologies for the sale of residential & commercial properties in both the primary & secondary markets.
• Initiate the listing of properties on the local Square Yards portal at zero cost to the landlords.
• Ideate on increasing the visibility of Square Yards as a local listing portal & local real estate advisor in HK
• Seek and develop viable partnerships with local developers.
• Develop marketing strategies who will assist in creating new business avenues. Design events, participate in launches etc
• Accompany & assist the team in deal closures.
• Be the sole point of contact for High Net worth individual relationship management.
• Take ownership in building the Square Yards brand as a household name in HK.
• Develop the Hong Kong local Real Estate business by understanding the market
