Key Responsibilities

1. Assist claim department for medical case investigation (on site process) and collected necessary information from provider; Confirm the medical information with medical provider according to the request

2. On site case steerage include but not limited to help appointment booking, claim clarfication, assist to fill claim form, copay settlement; collect medical report/bill; medical investigatio; medical cost negotiation if required.

3. Be responsible for on site manage, delegate the translation/interperation between member and medical providers

4. Maintain good relationship with public hospitals, collect relevant materials and assist in arranging special medical treatment

5. Negotiation with medical provider for the medical cost if required

6. Regular update speicalist list in order to support helpline on appointment booking

7. Other jobs assigned related with medical case management

Functional Skills Required

Technical Skills

1. Fluency in verbal and written English & Chinese

2. Medical background is prefered,

Required Experience

1. English CET-6 or above

2. Associate or above, medicine, nursing and other related specialties

General Skills

1. Willing to accept the challenges

2. Healthcare, Medical or Insurance related industry background

3. Basic computer skill in Word, Excel, Email, etc.

4. Good communication skills with medical providers

5. Problem solving skills
