Responsibilities:
- Public Contract Management
- Reports to INFARMED
- Purchase Orders Management (Supervision) related with non-commercial areas
- Manage the day to day contact with internal and external stakeholders
- Follow up on issues and complaints
- Give support in operational tasks and back office
- Establish collaborative and sustainable relationships with key stakeholders
- Identify areas for improvement in processes and systems
Desired Profile:
- Recognized qualification at university degree level is a plus
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Public Contracts Knowledge is a plus
- Team work ability
- Fluent in English speaking and writing (eliminatory factor)
- Computer proficiency (EXCEL) is a plus
- Sharp internal customer focus
- Extreme organization and efficiency in workload planning
- Ability to deliver consistently to timescales.
