Job Description
1.迎送宾客,回答宾客的询问,提供专业的指引、协助与服务;
1 guests, the guests to answer inquiries, to provide guidance and assistance and professional services;
3.营造良好的就诊环境和秩序,督促做好公共卫生和保持环境整洁;
3 to create a good environment and order, urge to do public health and keep the environment clean and tidy;
4.收集宾客的各种意见和建议,及时反馈相关服务部门,不断改进工作;
4 collect all kinds of comments and suggestions, timely feedback related services, and constantly improve the work;
5.向客户推荐相关套餐产品和服务;
5 recommend related products and services to customers;
5.协助专业医疗人员为宾客提供优质的服务。
5 assist professional medical staff to provide high quality service for the guests.
岗位要求:
Job requirements:
1.有销售经验者佳,中专以上学历;
1 sales experience is preferred, technical secondary school or above;
2.极强的沟通协调能力,敏锐的观察力,具备主动服务意识,懂礼仪接待;
2 strong communication and coordination ability, keen observation, with active service consciousness, understand etiquette reception;
3.形象气质佳,身高160cm-170cm之间,简历请附近照;
3 image quality is good, height 160cm-170cm, please take a photo of your resume;
4.有酒店管理经验者优先。
4 hotel management experience is preferred.
