Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage conference rooms and lounge facilities
  • Responsible for operation of the reception counter and maintain a good relationship with customers
  • Attend to clients’ in house needs and requests with courtesy and efficiency
  • Keep track of client's preferences and enhance client's in house experience with personalized service when needed

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
  • Experience in the hospitality industry or Front Office being an advantage
  • Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a good team player
  • Good observation skills and detail-oriented personality
  • Flexible and able to adapt to different situations with good problem solving skill
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Hospitality Coordinator
