Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage conference rooms and lounge facilities
- Responsible for operation of the reception counter and maintain a good relationship with customers
- Attend to clients’ in house needs and requests with courtesy and efficiency
- Keep track of client's preferences and enhance client's in house experience with personalized service when needed
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
- Experience in the hospitality industry or Front Office being an advantage
- Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a good team player
- Good observation skills and detail-oriented personality
- Flexible and able to adapt to different situations with good problem solving skill
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Hospitality Coordinator
