• Locate and develop new business and acquire premium players
• Provide professional customer relationship services with potential patrons and provide quality pre & post-guest services
• Participate and assist in all kinds of events and programs that drive relationship with Premium players and develop business
• Have a full understanding all marketing promotions and introduce to potential customers
• Maintain effective communications between the concerned divisions and marketing teams

Requirements

• High school graduated or above
• Provide a high commitment to provide superb customer service
• Motivates others to achieve business objectives and common goals
• Adopts and implements new approaches and practices to meet changing circumstances
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer-oriented in mind and with good service attitude.
• Able to define problems and problems solving, work under pressure and result driven
• Willing to work in shift duty.
