031014 Host, Signature Club & Loyalty Marketing (Counter) (Open)

Position Summary

The Host, Signature Club is responsible to carry out all counter maintenance and is responsible for interacting with guests at the desk. They will provide excellent services to fulfill and support all Membership program maintenance, benefits, complimentary, and other servicing activities set by management. Act as a front line service representative and ensuring a high standard of guest relations is provided to all patrons in accordance with established service standards. All dealings with both external and internal customers must be efficient, effective and professional at all times.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver immediate marketing services to members and potential players on mass and high limit gaming counters
• Recruit and register players to the Studio City Macau Membership Loyalty Program. Promote benefits and offers.
• Ensure and maintain a quality database and reach daily recruitment targets
• Assess and identify the appropriate endorsements of complimentaries; hotel accommodations, food and beverages, services and miscellaneous items
• Assist transportation and hotel arrangements or any reservation details in accordance to player activities, complimentaries or management directives
• Maintain a high responsive rate to all hotline correspondence
• Fulfill daily documentation and reports accurately in accordance to operations
• Provide assistance and support to liaising departments
• Oversee access control at High Limit Podiums
• Oversee Promotional Chip Program supports and settlements procedures

Experience

• One year or above relevant experience in customer services field.

Education

• Appropriate Tertiary Qualifications

• Computer literate.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Cantonese essential, Mandarin highly regarded.
• Ability to work under pressure, energetic and enthusiastic.
• Possesses strong time management skills.
