Job Description

The Host, Signature Club & Loyalty Marketing (Floor) is responsible to throughout the club players length of stay and casino promotion counters including any on floor assistance to members or casino patrons. Act as a front line service representative on behalf of City of Dreams and ensuring a high standard of guest relations is provided to all patrons in accordance with established service standards. All dealings with both external and internal customers must be efficient, effective and professional at all times.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver immediate marketing services to members and potential players via casino promotions, high limit gaming floor
  • Ensure members played with rated
  • Influence and contribute exceptional services to drive incremental gaming revenue
  • Develop and expand quality membership database for existing and potential Table and Slot players
  • Oversee hospitality associations and gaming history trails
  • Provide indepth profiling and engage key personalized management and preferences
  • Be alert and perceptible to report essential top key players. Attentive to provide exceptional service assistance
  • Anticipate members’ needs and assist members with transportation, hotel rooms, F&B, entertainment related arrangements in accordance with established standard operating procedures
  • Assess and evaluate the appropriate endorsements of complimentaries; hotel accomodations, food and beverages, services and miscilaneous items
  • Execute casino promotions with tasks such as participation registration, on stage draws, emcee to announce results, flyers distribution and prizes redemption

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

  • One year or above relevant experience in sales and promotion field, preferably in casino marketing
  • Displays a high commitment to improving customer service
  • Motivates others to achieve business objectives and common goals
  • Encourages people to work as a team
  • Adopts and implements new approaches and practices to meet changing circumstances

Education

  • High School Graduate Preferred

Skills / Competencies

  • Proven customer service orientation, energetic and enthusiastic
  • To be flexible and accommodating as this may require extra hours out of normal work hours
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Cantonese essential, Mandarin highly regarded
  • Ability to converse in foreign language(s) will be an added advantage
  • Pleasant and mature disposition
  • Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Able to work under pressure and result driven
  • Has strong organizational and time management skills
  • Be a team player
  • High adaptability to various assigned job tasks
  • Must be able to work indoors and be exposed to various environments such as, but not limited to noise, dust, cigarette smoke and fragrance
  • Must be able to tolerate second hand smoke
