The position acts as a co-ordinator in order to greet and serve guest to the right limousine reserved for Mass Marketing and for International Marketing when VIP host is not available. Serve VIP guests, COD executives’ ad-hoc limousine requests.

• Daily Brief by Vehicle Dispatch Centre AM/Supervisors
• Record all pre-booked limousine orders
• Orders should be assigned to Drivers with accurate destination and guest details
• Receive immediate booking details from Vehicle Dispatch Centre using walkie talkie
• Make sure orders are fairly distribute to the drivers according to who stand by first
• Maintain records of vehicles dispatched from Crown Tower VIP area and inform Vehicle Dispatch Centre
• Log down drivers’ stand by time
• Accept cash from ad-hoc cash orders after asking Vehicle Dispatch Centre if cars is available and submit details and cash to Vehicle Dispatch Centre later
• Co-ordinate and dispatch outsource vehicles if necessary
• Assist watching Drivers’ standing posture, manner at Crown Towers and report to AM/Supervisors, assist guest’s enquiry about COD facilities
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures
• Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and / or security issues to supervisors
• Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors from time to time

Experience

• Minimum 9 month working experience in vehicle dispatch area, preferably in hotel sector, and/or
• Minimum 1 year working experience in customer service.
• Experience in working with drivers of hotel and/or travel agency

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent professional training

Skills / Competencies

• Good communications in spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
• Ability to read Cantonese / Mandarin / English
• Pleasant, fair, prudent and open-minded
• Can sustain critics from drivers and work under pressure
• Ability to work on flexible shift including overnight, weekends and holiday on rotation basis
• Ability to work on overtime when needed
• Ability to stand and/or walk for an extended period of time during the shift

Advantageous Skills

• Excellent interpersonal / presentation skills are preferred
