Responsibilities 職責

Manage reservations by answering and following up of phone and email enquiries in a polite and professional manner

Communicate and coordinate table reservation and seating plan with F&B Team

與餐飲團隊溝通和協調關於預訂和座位安排

Greet and escort our guests to their table

歡迎及帶領客人到他們預訂的桌子

Handle customer enquiries and report complaints to Manager

處理客戶查詢並向經理報告投訴

Assist in restaurant duties as assigned by Manager

按經理安排之職責以提供協助
Requirements 要求
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- 擁有最少1 - 2年相關工作經驗
- Diploma or above in relevant discipline
- 相關學科文憑或以上學歷
- Strong communication, interpersonal, self-motivated and detail-oriented
- 良好溝通能力,人際關係,自我激勵和注重細節
- Proficient in Computer skills, e.g. Microsoft word, excel
- 精通電腦技能,例如微軟Word,Excel
- Putonghua and English knowledge would be an advantage
- 良好普通話和英語將優先考慮
