•Provide warm and friendly welcome to all guests.

•Lead guests and seat them at the table which is fully set up.

•Handle table reservations and effectively control the flow of guests in order to maximize turnover.

•Answer telephone enquiries and reservations.

•Assist in outlet service during busy periods as assigned by supervisors.

•Possess thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items available in the outlet.

•Ensure hostess stand and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.

•Assist customers at entrance with their belongings not only limited to umbrellas, but also coats, luggage etc. in accordance to established standards.
