First opened as Townhouses and later used as a boarding house in 1858 at No 10 Queen Square by local builder Soloman Francis. It was later re-opened with much celebration as the Francis Private Hotel in 1884

Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a warm and welcoming Concierge to join our vibrant and fun front office team. You will be the first to greet our arriving guests so will be immaculately presented, a warm and friendly presence and maintain high levels of customer service.

A Concierge working with The Francis - MGallery Bath will be fit as the the role is physically demanding. They will always provide exceptional service to our guests, adhering to brand standards at all times. Our ideal talent will preferably possess the following attributes:

· Previous experience in a luxury hotel is desired

· Positive attitude and great communication skills

· Committed to delivering exceptional service

· Impeccable presentation standards

· Competent level of IT proficiency, including the use of Opera/Oracle PMS is desirable

· Drivers license for valet parking guests' vehicles

The Role

· Welcoming guests to the hotel

· Have great knowledge of restaurants and attractions in order to advise guests

· Responsible for the hotel and occupants, handling complaints as necessary

· Assist guests with luggage

· Park guests' vehicles

· Communicates and cooperates with the other hotel departments, ensuring information is passed on as necessary

· Always delivering outstanding quality standards. You'll have a passion for delivering memorable moments through your service.
