Our Client

One of the leading hospitality groups is looking for talent who has experience in managing hotel operations, monitoring the performance of the hotel to be their General Manager for hotel operation.

Responsibility

To develop and manage the commercial and operational strategy for the hotel to drive for optimal performance and achieve financial and other business targets including but not limited to managing budgets, revenue proposals and forecasting results; corporate planning, strategic development and management analytical reports;

Requirements

  • Degree holder or equivalent working experience;
  • 15 years of relevant experience in Hospitality and/or equivalent industry;
  • Pre-opening experience in international luxury hotels is a must;
  • In-depth knowledge of the Hotel, Leisure, Service sector;
  • Proficiency in office software including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio) and other related software;
  • Ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the Company;
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
