This internship is provided by a 4/5* hotel based in Shanghai, which offers a great opportunity for the international students to upgrade their communication and customer service skills while practicing the Chinese language skill and seeing how an upscale hotel is being run in China.

The interns would be placed in the hotel's Front Office or Food & Beverage Department, assigned with the responsibilities of greeting and welcoming guests, helping with the check-in & out, answering the inquiries, providing the needed/sought information, collecting the feedbacks, maintaining the guest relations, escorting the guests to the rooms, , etc.

On top of the given accommodation and staff meals, on-the-job training will be provided.
