Job Description

•The Hotel Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating management activities of operations in conjunction with the Area General Manager in order to maximize profitability and to ensure high standard guest service and product quality;

•Develop, recommend, implement and manage the operational departments’ annual and long term goals;

•Evaluate changes in guest needs to recommend appropriate product/service and operational changes as necessary;

•Manage performance issues that arise within departments, as well as train, develop, coach and counsel team members and managers.




Work Experience

•Minimum of 5 years operational management experience preferably in a luxury setting;

•A strong F&B background and understanding of hotel operations and administration including , finance, budgeting, forecasting, human resources, revenue management, sales & marketing competencies;

•Ability to create positive, appropriate, effective and sustainable working relationships with a diverse group of people at all levels in all circumstances;

•Passionate about hospitality.
