Job Description
ØOverall responsibility for the efficient & effective operations,
ØMaximize revenue potential, maintain cost control measures to achieve hotel objectives & budget,
ØProvide operational & strategic direction to hotel team & support managers in their individual roles,
ØImplement the product & marketing strategies as per the Brand guidelines
ØPromote the hotel through development & implementation of aggressive sales, public relations, marketing and distribution strategies
ØRepresent Accor in all matters relating to the hotel
