What will I be doing?
The Hotel Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the hotel. Oversees the activities of key guest contact departments including hotel operations and food and beverage. Maximizes profitability as well as guest and team member satisfactionand implements and oversees the daily quality process at the hotel. Serves as the top operator in GM's absence. Consults with owners and corporate offices, as required. Interviews, counsels and evaluates staff.

What are we looking for?

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of executive committee experience in a high luxury environment
• In-depth knowledge of luxury standards and offerings
• Experience in a leadership capacity at a $40M revenue or greater at a luxury property
• Experience managing CapEx projects
• Proven success in ownership relations
• Successful with union partnerships

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forbes 5* knowledge
• Blend of rooms and F&B experience highly desired
• Hilton brand experience 
• Local market expertise

Salary Range: The annual salary range for this role is $220,000 - $235,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location
