The Accor Apartments and Realty business unit is offering students an opportunity to integrate theory with the practice and responsibility of the professional workplace through our internship program.

Our Operations Intern will be based at the flagship The Olsen, gaining real life, hands on experience within 3 of our most important departments - Front Office, Houskeeping & Food & Beverage.

We are aiming to integrate undergraduate and postgraduate students into real work as part of our commitment to the hospitality industry and developing future stars in the business.  The skills you have developed in the classroom, as well as from other hospitality experience, will be invaluable as you’ll be able to hit the ground running in a professional hotel workplace, completing a rotation in our front office and food & beverage departments.

Time management, punctuality, personal presentation, organisation and communication skills are all vital to working in our properties.
