It has an Asian food offering in its onsite restaurant, Miss Mi, and is also a leading conference and function destination, with state of the art facilities.

What we are looking for

An exciting opportunity for an experienced hotel operator with a strong background in rooms division and food and beverage to re-open this 431 room hotel after quarantine to the public in September and drive performance of what will be the newest hotel in Perth.

Reporting to the Area General Manager Operations WA, this role requires a motivated individual to take the reins and provide leadership to the operational team.

• Prior experience as a senior manager or General Manager of a previous property is preferential

• Ability to build, maintain and seek new opportunities / partnerships within the local market

• Ability to make high level commercial decisions based on a consultative approach with the management team

• Track record in creating loyalty and exemplary guest experiences

• Demonstrated ability to engage employees at all levels develop team members in building a career within the hotel and wider Accor group

• Strong communicative and consultative skills
