JOB DESCRIPTION:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Welcomes guests, offering the greeting appropriate to the time of day taking particular note of VIP guests and repeat guests
- Is familiar with the layout of the hotel and memorized the preferred route for escorting guests.
- Escort the guest in accordance with hotel standards and introduces hotel outlets, facilities as well as room amenities, etc.
- Provides guest services and guidance. Use the guest’s name, especially regular guests and long staying guests and routinely greet guests as they pass through the lobby, remaining alert to situations where he can be of assistance to guests.
- Establish a good working relationship with colleagues and maintain a positive interaction with guests.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Outgoing and approachable, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Hotel facilities and Services.
- Relevant experience is preferable.
