We are looking for a Team Leader to join us in the vibrant, exciting city of Cardiff. Brief duties are as follows.

Job Description

As the Hotel Team Leader, you:

-       Are able to work in a Multiskilled environment

-       Have a proactive personality in this busy hands on role

-       Will ensure the high standard of services provided for guests

-       Passionate about welcoming guests with your heart; creating wonderful stays for our guests from when they book, arrive, stay, leave and even after they have gone!

-       Able to handle guest queries and requests

-       Ready to lead by example, coach, motivate and mentor the team

-       Positive and solution oriented, with the ability to work with a high level of autonomy

-       In addition to exceeding our guests’ expectations, you will also have the fantastic opportunity to learn from and support our Guest

Work Experience

Previous experience in a hotel front office or food and beverage environment is preferred.

You must be available to work weekends and bank holidays.

You must have full working rights for the UK.
