Ibis Nottingham Centre is a budget hotel located in the centre of Nottingham near the Lace Market tram stop. The hotel boasts 142 modern bedrooms and a restaurant and bar.

As the Hotel Team Leader, you will report to the General Manager and manage a team of 12 crazy but happy multi-skilled hotel team members covering reception, reservations, and food and beverage. You will be required to work independently and oversee the hotel operations, and addressing any guest or staff needs that might arise. It is a varied role which include offering support to operations, team training and development, supplier interaction, and revenue management. You will need to have a keen eye on the numbers and maintaining high quality standards. Whatever it is you need to do, have fun and always put our guests first to ensure they have an exceptional stay.

This is a full time position working 40 hours per week, and to be flexible to work different shift timings including including weekends, bank holidays and the occasional night shift to cover sickness or holiday.

You must have at least 1 year previous experience in either reception or food and beverage in a branded hotel. We are looking for someone with a bubbly personality and in a nutshell be cool and awesome like the rest of our team. You will need to be able to work on your own, be able to multi-task and cope well under pressure.

Obviously you need to have the right to work in the UK unrestricted, and actually be in the country.
