What will you be doing?

Welcoming Guests at check-in and saying good bye at check-out

Looking after the Guests and ensuring they have an incredible experience with us

Manage the Team with Teaching & Coaching & Training

Handling Guests queries and any complaints

Ensure the Team is following Food, Health and Hygiene policies

Stock control and F&B End of the Month reporting

Personality and Experience ESSENTIAL in Reception

Fast on your feet, quick to make friends

Big on SMILES, Friendly, Massive on quality
