Responsibilities:

• Handle customers’ requests, enquiries and complaints via phone and email
• Maintain and monitor the call centre operation
• Maintain the high quality of service with excellent phone manner
• Assist internal & external training with HR to staff

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• 1-year relevant experience
• Good telephone manner with mature and pleasant attributes
• Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese Typing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
