Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling members’ enquiries and complaints through excellent teleservice
- Providing after sales supports for members around the world
- Providing assistance to customers for flights and general enquires
- Responding to customer inquiries, feedback and compliments
Requirements:
- The permanent Hong Kong resident status
- Minimum pass rate in 5 HKCEE/HKDSE subjects including English Language; or equivalent
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage
- Nice, patient and cheerful personality
